    site is look good but you have to anlyase competitor site where u can get more features.

    The problem with the adsense is that there is only one big block and its so far down that no one will ever click it.
    You could use a few more. Maybe a 468by90 up on top of the welcome to K-videos (centered, of course)

    She said that becuase there is one very common template that looks just like the thing you are using.

    The header is huge. Why waste 40% of above the fold real estate on a header. Look at all major sites (the ones that make money) and they have a small logo left banner on the right. Don't waste all that valuable space.
