Rename EzineArticles Article Title = Bad?

    Does anyone know if it is a bad idea to rename your article title at ezinearticles? I renamed one, and both titles now show up in google, because ezinearticles keys of the article id number, and not the title part of the link, so the link with the old title is still valid. I didn't know if this would trigger a duplicate content issue with google. Any ideas?

    Does the url change when you change the title? In that case, yes. Otherwise, no.

    surely the old article will be deleted for housekeeping purposes?

    untouched is better, that way google PR doesn't get messed or updated
