on 26th i raised a ticket and there is no response till Now

 

I want my money back. Please refund my paypal account with $4.50

 

Our core2quad server was having some wired problem with the DNS service and some ddos attacks also.
We are moving all the accounts to a new dedicated server having 8GB RAM and core2quad processor as we speak here.

As far as I know, you have an account on our new server, and we do not have any problem there.

Oh! You opened paypal dispute after posting this here. Why dont you give us a chance for logging into our paypal account and refund you your money?
$4.50 is not a big amount you know.

These guys just come here to show their face and cheat people. If you guys ever want to buy hosting buy it froma well established company. Dun look at the cheap price. That is just to deceive people.

Suntex hosting is a cheater Avoid Purchases. Get hosting from reliable companies like Hostgator.

 

He is not, and it does not matter from where he is. You seems to be very impatient and shown your childlike behavior by opening a dispute. Anyone will do that if you open a dispute, as it harms reputation that costs more than your $4.5. Give me your paypal and I will send you $4.5 for the sake of mankind.

Well, Vivek is not online due to the internet failure, he told me that many tickets are pending also, and he will be replying as soon as he gets the reach. Please don't make such comments after getting frustrated by opening a dispute

And, yes there is no comparison with HostGator, they are good but if you open a dispute with them, I think they will take you to court if possible rather than only canceling your account. Please have some patient if somebody is there in problem, it may happen to you too. Do good and be good.

Mr vivek has my email Id Ask him to send me the refund. I Dont understand why you are refunding me.

I raised ticket and he never responded. And He is harsh. I raised a claim with Paypal since there was no response from his end and that to he didt respond to the chat.

Why did he commit 99% uptime.

If he cant Provide better Service . Ask him to do some other good business he is capable off.

All my sites are down again, they do not answer tickets, they really do suck! Ah nevermind, am with fiveminutevps.com there fantastic in very way nice customer support/100% uptime everything best of all very cheap. I would suggest them

 

Well i mean its not surprising, but did you give the guy a chance? Is it possible that one of his servers was hacked, or possibly a drive failed(thats why you go with RAID protected hosting)...I'm not trying to defend the guy, but sometimes people completely ruin good webhost's reputation for the sake of a slow refund, or something like that.

 

Yes i have been with them for 1 - 2 months servers are down quite alot & support is rather bad too.

Theres no such thing as unmetered and we all know it, theres not much difference in experienced users or newbies, except that experienced users may know where to draw the line over reasonable prices and their own selfish greediness (Which of course is a part of humanity, greedy that is).

 

Ask vivek to Refund Me $4.5 . Thats what i need. he cant serve customer. Answer queries will be his basic responsiblity.
