I would say it's the layout and color of choices you should change (I wasn't even aware there were any ads for the first few seconds). But I'm also thinking your ads don't give too much per click, so you would need to increase traffic also.

Man you are still lucky that Google didn't ban you because illegal Movie sharing sites are not allowed to show adsense

It's a new site I believe. Drive more traffic to it and your revenue will improve...

By the way, how did you get your Adsense account approved by Google in the first place... considering your content is movie sharing... ??

You better star with Adsense Help center cause you dont get a clue about what you're doing, do you?

The fold is the part of the web page that shows up for most people before they have to scroll down.

As for your ads, I'd say that you've blended them too well. I almost missed them, you need to make them stand out more.

damn lol, like would changing the text color to white make them stick out more? Or blue or some other color, other than the main content's colour?

They stand out better now, dunno how well it'll work. I'm trying a test myself on blending vs non blended.

Two most popular pages for the 2009 Ram and the new Challenger. For the Ram I've made the ad stick out more from the page as you read through it (http://www.moparregister.com/articles/2009Ram/), I still need to work on placement but I'm more interested in the article and page looking good overall rather than placing the ads in a sore spot to make them stand out to get clicked.

The other page: http://www.moparregister.com/articles/challenger/ has the ads blended. Both of these pages have a lot of pictures on them (that's actually why they're my most popular) so I don't expect to have a high CTR on them, but eventually one of them should get higher than the other.

My theory is that the ads that stick out will get clicked more but I'll need some more time to tell.

Good luck to you, let me know how your ctr does with them not blended as much.

I suggest you increase two things. Traffic and CTR.

Traffic= $$$ so try to get as much traffic as possible.

To increase CTR, try different ad units and ad placements

Have a look at the google hotspots map, which shows where most people click on a typical page. On the left and above the fold!

I'd suggest dumping that popup ad you've got. It is completely skewed (in Opera browser) and turned me off from digging deeper into your site...

You could try to add Horizontal Adsenswe Links in the very top navigation and add ink ads in the Top left sidebar, make it Blue, bacause Blue is the best color for link. Success to you :)

I agree totally. Place it before your content.
