Why is AddictingGames(dot)com not getting penalized on their PR? Have you seen all the junk links at the bottom? these were clearly created to give the site more links using the key terms for the site and serve no real purpose at all. the internal links are crap. just to gain keywords. I thought I saw something on Matt's blog about that awhile back. not that i really care in this sites case, but this means we can all do the same thing and spam our footers with more keyword rich content that isn't really content. in fact each page is nearly identical they just contain the decided key phrase in bold font and maybe a few different lines on each one. so its dupe content and link spam for keywords (even though its internal).
To be honest I hear what your saying but what they have done is nothing to get worried about it wont make any massive dfference and they are simpley internal links to pages of the site making it easyer for the user to get to the pages the user wants. Google is not bothered about these kind of things but you can try and report them if you really feel the need.
