    Yes google penalize lots of websites and the backlinks and pr also decreased. Means google is more serious to penalize the websites involve in sell and buy links.

    Google has updated Flash indexing algo and PR Updation before some time.

    So, i think it is latest updation of Google.

    Now we need to start the Link Building for our site so Hopefully, we 'll get good traffics, PR and Back links from search engines.
