Hello Friends,As English is mot my first language, neither I am too god at it,just average,I am facing a problem in article marketing,My articles are getting rejected saying that incorrect spelling, sentence structure grammar etc

So for people who are non -proficient in English, how we can solve this errors.
Before submitting the articles I am doing the spell and grammar check with Microsoft word and correcting all errors which are highlighted in red.Still it is not getting accepted.

So is there any better software than this, what about whitesmoke.

In the worst case, hire someone to write articles for you.

But I don't understand how come after correcting errors, which Microsoft Word gives you, it still gets rejected....

it happens quite often in ezine articles. However, you should use the preview option before sending and correct all the errors within their editor and then submit, if still it contains any errors its there editor's mistake ... so let them know by contact them ... some editor will get back to you and let you know exactly what is wrong

I have submitted articles on Forex,so in their preview option, all the forex term is highlighed in red,so is it normal,I mean since forex term may not be in their dictionary.
And is there anyone who do proofreading.Since it is not that poor, just may be some punctuation and grammar mistakes.

If you insist on doing article marketing, you need to hire someone to write for you or hire someone to edit your articles. There are many people on here that will work for cheap.

It could be that you are not only bad at English but you are a bad writer in general. Any editing software is just a tool and can not correct a totally bad article. This is nothing to be ashamed of and that is why there are a lot of writers for hire.

If you insist on doing it yourself, I suggest you take some classes to improve your English and some writing classes to improve your techniques.

guptishika, as I said on nichechopper forum, I will do the proofreading for you and I extend it to this batch of articles as well.

Do you have msn messenger? - I will send my messenger id in a pm.

Microsoft word will only correct certain things... if a word is spelt correctly but used in the wrong context, it may not get picked up as an error. There are many instances where spellcheck fails miserably (and any spellchecking software has the same problems). However, I guess it isn't just the spellchecking that is causing the problem, but sentence structure and other things.

For example, I ran the original post through spellcheck on word...

As you can see, not much difference at all... the spelling may be correct (according to word), but it isn't structured correctly to pass any manually reviewed article directory moderation.

I know everyone here is eager to help, as am I, but frankly, I would rather this guy learn the language and everything on his own. I'm an Indian myself, and have seen this lack of proper language syntax and vocabulary is entirely too common in our country.

guptishika, what I'd suggest is you take this as an opportunity to develop your english language skills, punctuation and fluency, it will be the single most important thing you will ever achieve over here, more valuable than even the money you would make. And this is a journey you must make alone.
All in all, people will be willing to help, but do not rely completely on it, just send them your articles and let them tell you how much you have improved, but that should be it, if you want your skills to go anywhere.

And I wish you all the best, let's see some "first sale" posts from you soon ;).

P.S:Which part of India are you from?.

I really hope he does, because I immediately marginalize any article, blog post etc, that I can tell was written by someone who knows English as a second language. It might not be fair, but it's hard to see something as an authority, when you can't easily understand the grammar used. I agree, if you were to do anything, get some English and Writing training.

The reason I volunteered to help him for free is that it will give him a foothold into affiliate marketing where he actually has articles approved and a landing page that converts.

The emphasis will be on him to then improve on his own (using the structure I lay out for his articles). The key is for him to be able to get a good reference point to judge his future articles and landing pages... and if he can't improve on his own, then he would need to pay a native English speaker to proofread/correct future articles and landing pages.

I would normally charge a minimum of $10 per 500 words for proofreading... so his 10 articles would have normally cost between $50 - $100 to correct. Hopefully when I do get speaking to him that the articles get approved and drive some traffic towards his landing page and convert into some sales for him.

Hello Thanks all the members here for extending your co-operative offer. Its really a nice gesture.Firstly to correct you all I am she not he,
secondly I basically lack in proper writing style, and I think my articles are getting rejected basically bcoz of the incorrect sentence structure.
So I need to improve upon that, which I will slowly with span of time,But as Ganceann rightly said initially I need help so that I can start with the campaign and see some sales pouring in to get more confidence to move ahead with the project.

    Thanks all once again

I'd suggest you start by watching more American T.V Shows like Friends, Seinfeld etc, apart from maybe the BBC entertainment channel, I'm not sure if you get this in Kolkata too.
Then again, to help you with your sentence structuring, you should read more good books. Books by Sidney Sheldon are awesome and they are written in really simple English that anyone can follow, plus it will teach you a lot about the language too.
And finally, the age-old method of listening to and speaking more english, both at home and outside.

Wish you all the best, take care.

If I were you I'd hire someone to write articles for you because if your english isn't that good then you'll have more of a headache correcting articles and waiting to see if they get accepted then just have others write them for you.
