Need to redo my whole site $25-$50 can be more depends

    My site is www.super-layout.com and I dont design and I need some help. I will pay $25-$50 if I find a good one(the price can be more). Just need 1 example of what the links will look like with the font on it. I need an example of what the background looks like and it has to look good when its repeated. I need a header it needs to be the same size as the one on my site.

    Just design Im a coder so I dont need that and I might be looking for a designer for full time.
