bitwer, as long as you're not the same person as member illustrator in this page: http://99designs.com/contests/710 I don't think you have the rights to use that design. After the look of the B cube, I think you just used other person design. My appologies if you're the same person though.

Hi, I don't understand why every designer in that contest used the same baby picture. Was it given by the contest holder or is that a free clip art image ?
I think the baby that was on 99designs contest is free or was given by the contest holder because many people used it. Thx for the notice guys.
umm.. if that's the case then 'Bitwer' should have clarified that the baby was a clip art image - in this post http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showpost.php?p=8664202&postcount=18 Anyways ... it will be interesting to see if the contest holder would want a logo that is not unique.

I've not done anything to get you out of this contest - In fact i like your design very much. I was just pointing out that you lied earlier when you were asked if you drew that logo yourself. You should have made it clear at that moment that the baby was a free vector image, instead of saying: Anyways, i'm not taking part in this contest now - so i will not interfere again.

Fair enough - that wasn't in his original post and I guess I just glanced over it in his reply to someone else. The PHP/Coded etc. in his original post made it sound like he wanted it coded, so I just wanted to make sure. Thanks!
