How to use paypal from a non supported country?

Thanks ,its good,but think its transfer (charge) rate is so high from PAYPLE or others.and some company may be not count all other account as easy as payple.... .Actually i don't know it perfectly...

You can open online account which is accepted to your country.
So in future you will not suffer in problem.
Use alternate of paypal if it is not support to your country.
