Those aren't dedicated servers. Could you give us more of an idea for what you need? You asked for guaranteed CPU time... how much do you want? How about guaranteed bandwidth? A lot of hosts will oversell & you won't see much throughput, whereas someone like me will be able to guarantee you transfer or 24/7 speed. What about your budget? How much are you willing to pay?
