    Try downloading SEO quake then searching for article directories on Google. It will help you find high PR article directories.

    go to Domain Structure and download the SEO quake tool. Then go to Google and search for diretories. It will list the PR of the site showing up in the search results.

    as far as you are seeking fast approving directory list is ok, but dont chase pr, its just a number game which changes every 3 months.
