I got accepted into Tribal Fusion, and it was all well and good. The site representative said she would send another email the next day or so with the account login information. Then I got a reply saying "Unfortunately we are unable to run ads on your site alongside these kinds of ads", and they showed a screenshot of the site with an adult ad showing. I was completely unaware that there were any adult ads on the site and I didn't think that any of my ad networks displayed adult ads, as I am with pretty much all networks in DMX. And it's not like I want adult ads shown in a teen dating website anyway. I sent them an email greatly apologizing about it and said that I was not aware and that they were removed instantly and will never be shown again. I didn't receive a reply after that, I sent the same email 4 or 5 times and no reply. This was my email: After a month or so, I then emailed customer support and asked them why I had not received a reply, and they replied with the site representatives response that she gave me before about the site not being accepted due to adult ads. I replied to them saying yes I know this, that is why I sent the email saying that they will not be shown again and I was not aware of this. 1,2,3 weeks and no reply. I sent the same email 2 more times and no reply. It's funny because at the end of those emails that they had sent me they said, "If you have anymore questions, please ask", and so I did, yet I receive no reply? Why? Have they just not received the email all those times or are they just being immature and not replying? This really frustrates me. If there are no more adult ads and they accepted the site in the beginning, then there is no reason why they should still decline it now, at least reply to my emails.
Did they ever give you a phone number to call? If they did, I'd definitely call that. If not, keep trying with the emails.
No they did not, but I am thinking of calling the number on their website. I have re-applied so it will be interesting to see if they accept or decline this time. If not, I will call. But still very bad that they did not reply, how many emails must I send?
companies that think they are above responding to emails deserve to be boycotted even a courtesy one line reply that they recieved your email would be ok, but to put you on ignore is really low class of them
