    Slightly off topic- but where can I find a .txt list of every ebay cat # with the corresponding cat title? One up to date preferably.

    Not exactly a txt list, but it's better than nothing:
    Go to http://listings.ebay.com, tick the "Show category numbers" option, then click the Show button.

    I think there's a list somewhere on the ePN API developer site too, but the search function over there is so crap I couldn't find it.
