PH's, DS's, PS's and others may be OTC but they don't do nothing compared to the 'real deal' People who actually do real juice and have tried OTC products laugh at them, calling them candy
I eat fairly healthy most of the time, lift weights, do pushups, ect. There isn't a gym nearby, so I do the best I can with what I've got.
That's where I'm lucky, gym is about 5-10 minutes walking. 1-2 minutes via car. I'm getting worked up and just might go in for a 2nd session tonight!
He was making a joke at the same time...we know you don't run all the time, but 20km in a week isn't much, it's probably about the amount I walk to university and back in a week (5 times a week, although university has finished till august now ). But i'm guessing you were meaning you run 20km in one go each week (which is quite a bit IMO so well done to you ). Thats what I like to hear
I meant literally, ya perv. No, when I work, play, or work out, I go all out. I don't fuss over how my hair looks and whether or not I break a fingernail... There is a time and a place to look nice, and a time and a place to just let go and be real.
I go for walk five times a week and sometimes do yoga. I look fairy athletic and the weight is under control; so nothing to worry
Well I do it by doing Yoga daily. I know few months ago I was over weighted but due to some diets and Yoga, I lost 12 Kg in 2 months and my shape is now perfect.
Seems like most people do at least a bit (or they are just lying to themselves along with everyone else). Guess thats a pretty good result
I used to do the weight thing but, as I got older and more "lazy" I pretty much limit my workouts to common "old man" chores such as lifting 90lb concrete bags, 220 lb lawn tractor decks, 250lbs sliding glass doors, the tree pull as I call it (transplanting carrying Norway Spruces (100 lbs) up to 100 yards and etc. After you acquire enough big "toys" with age, lifting weights seems like a waste of valuable time when an essential task could be performed in its place.
Not at all, lifting a 100 pound tree and carrying it is not even close to the same as lifting. Nor is lifting a concrete bag, lawn tractor deck or sliding glass door from time to time.
Hehe, well in the UK they are legal Plus it depends if your talking pre ban or not lol. But yeah, I never look down upon a juicer. People assume it's the easy way out, but it's nothing of the sort. I hold a lot of respect for juicers, who can juice well that is.
