i play tennis 3+hours everday nothing less so i keep my self in shape + keep my blood sugar in control
I try to do a little each day, we go walking after dinner, I play disc gold and ping pong pretty regularly
Just GC challenged I personally eat right, I also hit the gym MINIMUM 6x a week, usually 2-3 hours or more per session. I also take long walks with my dog. Yesterday I even ran on the outside of a field with my dog, he loved it 'even though I hate running'
Bodyboard 3-5 times a week and some "exercise" almost everyday at home. You know, playing with my kids, running all over, cleaning, bathing... But im a shape looking guy
I try and stay in shape. I love to workout, I love to sweat, and I love to get dirty. I don't eat much, and when I do, I try to eat right (but not always...). But summer time is here and my schedule prevents me from doing much of any working out. Pics please.

Nope Never have, only over the counter supps.. Today's workout was a little less, I think about 2 1/2 hours. It was a little less than my normal chest day/monday though. I however changed my workout routine up big time, did a lot of drop set/super set combos. 50 minutes, I'm just getting warmed up
i'll be going to the gym tommorow...which i've been planning for the past 2 yrs.. it's almost 2am, lets see if i can go around 8...
