I am looking to start a file hosting site and need a dedicated server because i will bringing in a huge base of people to use my service.

I am looking for something with the following specs...

500GB (or More) space
1TB (or More) bandwidth
1GB (or More) ram
100Mbps port
free control panel (doesnt have to be cpanel can be a free one but need it pre-installed)

for $100/month or less.

(And dont tell me i cant find anything for that price because i already have but am just looking for better offers.)

I've heard some good stuff about volumedrive, however you'd have to speak to them about the 500GB hard drive and I believe they do 100mbp ports.

Most likely yes because you can't filter what everyone uploads but on the site it will be against our terms of service to upload warez and we will remove them on report/complaint.
