    No host supports that. You need to pay and justify for IP addresses, and SEO is not good justification. Also, there is no such thing as unlimited space and bandwidth, figure out what you need and find a proper host.

    You won't be able to get unlimited class C IPs for free, no host offers that. You will have to pay good money for Class C IPs individually.

    Normal IPs (X) cost around $1 as it is base, and no host offers unlimited of those.

    You also have to have justification to ARIN.

    I meant for normal classes, where it is just the last part that changes.

    AAA.BBB.CCC.XXX

    .XXX, an IP in that range you can get for around $1. .CCC part costs a lot more.

    but you wont get unlimited data transfer etc. You will get the quality web hosting.
