I was wondering how many people here actually try to keep their body in shape? As this is a community of webmasters i'm assuming most of you will spend a lot of your time infront of the computer? Thus getting little to no exercise. So who actually does try to keep in shape, either by exercise or just eating right, etc? Tell us how if you like I have to say i'm not the best person for exercise, etc. but I do try to eat properly, which does help a lot. I really need to start doing something though, i'm starting to get a belly (might be all the beer taking it's toll...). Thanks, TS
I try sometimes before I go to sleep to do like a 20-30 min workout but sometimes I am just too lazy so I just head off to sleep.
I take my dogs out 2 or 3 times a day for nice walks in the park, clears the mind and gets me away from the PC for a few hours.
I work out 5 days a week and I follow a strict diet. I'm probably one of the best looking guys here, next to GRIM.
See, I thought about doing that...but then I also thought i'd rather not sleep while i'm sweaty...and a shower would probably wake me up a bit so I couldn't sleep. Sounds good That depends what you mean buy "best looking". Beauty in the eye of the beholder and all that lol
Only 20km in a week 7 days = one week 1 day = 24 hours 7 x 24 = 168 hours 20km/168 = 0.12mph, damn you're slow.
What's that? I am all the day on the pc making freakin' money, just spending some hours on one day of the week (eg. Friday) for 20KM, what's so bad?
Nope I do not even excert an effort to keep in shape. I do diets most of the time but I don't go to the gym.
I do it all, jogging, weight training, skipping and thats about it I try to do my exercise in the morning as it is the best time
I run almost each day, I swim a lot, and I eat healthy. It is kind of routine so it's not like "damn.. I have to go run or I have to eat healthy"
Most of my exercise happens in my dreams. Am too lazy and feel very guilty about it. Though I try to walk as much as I can while going to office and coming back Also I try to use ladder instead of escalators and lift at work and metro. But surely I want to do a lot more... but am too damn lazy
