Hi everyone, I have been dealing with some serious issues with my bank and need to take this at a serious level. I was thinking on taking this on a legal way but feel that it is better if the things come down on a normal way. If I do opt to go for any legal steps …… please give me suggestions to approach the right people for this.
It really does depend on the problem that you're having. Lawyers focus on specific fields. However, in general, for a recommendation, I would suggest giving a call to the state bar association in your state and getting a referral. They would be able to help you with that. Alternatively, you could do something like joining Linked In and post your question there. I answer questions there all the time and there are lawyers in every field who might be able to give you the help you need or a recommendation to a lawyer in your jurisdiction who can help you. Let me know if I can be of any help. I think that it can be a good option to keep the issues till you if it is handled nicely. But, as you say that …. it is at a serious level, it will be much better to approach latsoudislaw.com for this which will allot you a lawyer to settle down your banking and financial disputes. All the best!!!
I am gonna give you the best advice: post your question and ask for the right people on LinkedIn. You will be able to check professionals profiles and get other recommendations.
