Good ideas for a medical job board

    I'm thinking about building a job board for medical professionals. It will be free for job-seekers as well as employers. I still think it's not strong enough to make it popular. Any good ideas?

    My advice for strengthening a job board would be to get it listed in the AIRS Directory at airsdirectory.com

    Also, submitting your board to Weddles is very useful, since they do a top 500 job sites guide every year.

    Looked at the knol but did not find how I can use it to promote a job board. Could you be more specific?
