    E-gold is more of the "underground" currency online. Once a transaction is made, its complete. No chargebacks, no disputes. Some people have carried $100,000+ in their egold account at one point or another. Biggest concern with egold is hackers who attempt to steal your password from IE exploits. A buddy of mine had $23k stolen :(
