Page rank from 5 to 0

I create my site last month with aproximally 50 page.My page rank was 0, yesterday my pagerank was 5 and when I see that I was very happy.Today when I visit my site pagerank was 0

 

Where did you checked your PR when it was showing PR5 ?

 

I have installed alexa toolbar in my firefox

 

Use Google toolbar to check your current PR, don't worry- and update is in progress.

 

You'll almost never get PR5 in a month, the toolbar was probably wrong or didnt update for your site after visiting a PR5 site

Besides it sounds like they are still trying to decide what to give you. But to go from 0 - 5 is pretty incredible.

BTW not all prcheckers are accurate at the time of updates. A few work but I would say wait like 3 or more days before actually believing any results to be on the safe side. Let the dust settle.

 

It was probably shoing PR residue from the last page you visited.

 

Bryce it not showing PR from last page I visited because ,I check at least 10 times yesterday and I also clear my browser private data and always show pr 5.Also I checked some other sites and toolbar shows right page rank for my other sites.

I dont know what happen with that site?

 

Hey try to use prchecker.info instead. I can't exactly figure out what actually happened as in your case but jumping from PR 0 to 5 in a short period of time is highly unlikely.

0 to 5 just check after 1-2 days lets hope you get PR5

unless the OP got links from all the major players in his niche or there aren't any to compete with, a PR5 is kinda high for a brand new page. i'm no SEO wizard but from my observation it usually takes years to get a PR5 ranking.

 

Pagerank cache from other site. Happen to me all the time with search status addon for firefox.

Nice to use for a quick and accurate check.. The prchecker page its self has a PR 7 and used to be PR 8 a few months ago.. Pretty good site.

I myself agree with deluxdon and think this PR update is about done now. There may be just a little dust to settle yet, but probably not much.

I prefer domainpagerank.com because it tells you if PR is fake or not.

 

It is possible, and it can be done with legitimate white hat SEO as well. I've taken a site in 6 weeks from PR N/A to PR4. Another that I've been working on since the last update to now, and it went from PR N/A to PR4.

I'm sure it's possible to get to a PR5 in relatively the same fashion.
