how to insert an image ad in youtube, top right hand corner?

Does anyone know how to maneuver through the Youtube site to put in an ad banner (ie affiliate ad that you click on) on the top right hand screen of the page?
This person did it with google ads, but I did see one with a square banner ad, I just can't find it. Where I have the red question mark is where I mean.
Can you put your own banner ad in, other than the built in google adsense ads that are built into Youtube?

I think this could be highly profitable I just don't know where to insert it.

Are you talking about Adwords targeting?

Just open an Adwords account and bid appropriately for Youtube under those ad dimensions.

If you want to insert a link in your description without requiring people to expand the description to see it, you must keep your description short: "click here -> (insert full URL here)" People who watch your video can then direct click from the video page to your site.

I mean people who put in banner ads, in the top right hand of the Youtube screen.
I'm thinking with ringtone offers it could be highly profitable. Say you have 30,000 views and 3% convert and buy a $3 CPA ringtone offer, that's $2700.

I'm looking to insert my own banner ad (from an affiliate network) in the top right of the screen, is that possible? Or is it only google ads that you can put in?

This video has a banner and a square banner. Are these google ads do you think? I am looking how to maneuver into the Youtube accout, to see if I can insert my own ad banner that I generated through an affiliate program.

However I remember reading that CPA text links are better than picture ads? Maybe it is not relevant.
Do y'all think ads like the one in this link are google ads or affiliate ads?

Do you think these ads on the top right are youtube's ads? or the person who uploaded the video?

I think youtube put those ads there. I'm not aware of being able to put affiliate ads there.
