    offshore hosting is usually in hongkong, or europe/asia.

    How come you dont want those places?

    Impossible to do that unless you run from your house than your internet will get shut off xD
    But in my opinion http://youngspiders.com/ is the best off shore hosting i got, but they got more than off shore! Check them out :)
