I just started with them and so far very pleased with the management of my ebook. They make it real easy to get you going on selling your work. You can also find their promotion code and get 3 months service free. Just google it. :)

I used them before and I am really satisfied with the functions. The best thing about them is that my download page and products are REALLY secured.

I've used EJunkie to distribute several different products and each experience has been great. I've never had any issues with them.

Actually they don't pay via Paypal, as the money goes directly to your Paypal account, they don't hold it, they just deliver products and collect informations. Anyway, E-Junkie is great, but be prepared to some refunds if you sell digital products via E-Junkie or any similar company, as some of the buyers use different emails to send money via Paypal, and to recieve emails. The product is always sent to the Paypal email address, so if the buyer uses another email address to send/recieve mails, than he'll never get the product. That's why sometimes people ask for refunds, because they're to lazy to ask for help, so they assume that they've been scammed.

A short note in a big red bold font on the purchase page always protects you from these refunds. :)

And what sort of note do you suggest to put there? I've tried many different ones in different niches, and out of hundreds of sales it happens again, time after time that 5-6 buyers out of a hundred don't get the product and they ask for a refund.

Btw from their point of view I can totally understand that they'd like the refund because they didn't recieve the product (thanks their Paypal email address, that doesn't work).
