Here is detailed feedback from the site owner:

Knock Out: I really like your bold clean approach. Try moving the tag line below the site name.

Hetzenauer: I am not sure about the font. Change the photo from an interior image to an exterior image of a house. I love the keys!!

XUPERMASTI.CO.CC: I don't like the arm...it is too large and the house is too small. Also make the text more modern and easier to read.
On your second and third designs...I don't like the numbers on the houses..The text needs to be easier to read and more bold.
