Sending out html emails to forum members

I would like to send out html emails to my vbulletin database and need something that tracks open rates and click throughs and can generate reports based on them.

Can anyone suggest a suitable application with which to do this?

 

You can send them email directly from inside your control panel, especially if you are using VB.

 

Yes, but I need something that tracks open rates of emails and can generate reports for advertisers.

The send email to members function in VB can't do this.
