Do you use the title attribute ?

Do you find it useful to add a title attribute to your links ?

Do you think is it useful SEO wise ?

It certainly is, if for no other reason than to improve usability.

 

Not according to my testing. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't use it. You should use it where appropriate.
