I am just asking, because affiliate marketing takes relaly hard work, and i cant seem to get anything ,tried DP,yahoo answers, they dont work,
Everything is hard work. I suggest you take some time and read as much as you can. There are resources abound, take some time and bookmark some of them to read over. It took me like 3 weeks to get things going. Just be patient!
That's probably the best advice in this case... DP has lots of Journals and step by step tutorials which will probably get you started!
It does take hard work, anything that's worth something takes hard work. Stacks of information here on the forum, just work your way through it slowly If you are already taking action your half the way there already.
Affiliate Marketing Then: I literally cried tears in the beginning - it was so freaking frustratingly difficult Affiliate Marketing Now: It's gets easier every single day.
I'm feeling the same frustration right now myself. Although I made a 4 sales already, those ones came easy. Since I started taking things a little bit more seriously, things have started to dry up. I think the secret is to just keep plugging away.
You have to try so many things, because you never know which one will work. The best article I ever wrote has 121 views and 24 clicks on ezinearticles. A crappy one I wrote late at night and even misspelled something has over 5000 views and over 2400 clicks. You never know what is going to take off, so try and then try some more.
I'll suggest to sit back and write done what you did to promote your affiliates. Then STOP. next start 5 new ways. see the result then another 5 .... good luck
lol heres that same questions that alex was talking about !! I donlt think you are ever gonna get rid of this prob!
Make sure there is a demand for your product among your niche.. if your promoting a dead product then of course you wont see sales.. the same goes for heavily saturated niches.
I would have to disagree about "heavily saturated niches"... you can make LOADS of money with it - you just have to find a way to be better than the rest while promoting it (this is why big boys have big lists who adore them and buy ANYTHING they promote)
Shami, It takes a few things to really kick any sort of affiliate marketing into full gear: 1. The Most Important, a passion and a drive! You have to ask yourself, do you have what it takes to be an affiliate marketer. If you think you at least have some gumption to become a moneymaker online, then maybe you need to educate yourself on some methods of how the successful internet marketers make their money. There are at least a few dozen members here that make more than an average here just marketing clickbank products. Those members are not blessed, privileged, or gifted in any way whatsoever to make money on the internet period. Yeah, I know computers, blogs, and 7 programming and scripting languages. That doesn't make me a guru in any way shape of form, as all internet marketers who are successful went through the same hell you are going through in some sort. 2. Persistence: Even when the times get tough and you are becoming successful, you have to realize that persistence really pays off. Just when you are about to quit, if you realize, if you push a bit further, you might just get to the goal that you wanted to achieve! 3. Trial and Error: Happens to the best of us, and the progression process from being a frustrated marketer to a pro making a living off of the internet has no predetermined fixed period of time. Everybody has their own level and timeline of progression for this. Some take weeks, months, or even years! It also depends on the persistence factor. Also depends on how well you use the factor of trial and error. If one strategy is not working for you after two weeks, then revisit the offer and try a different way of marketing, or just migrate to another offer altogether. Also do not forget to record your successes as once you have a success, replicate it, and repeat very often, of course with slight changes to cater with different niches and/or products. You can win at this game! Keep your persistence up and visions higher! Tom Howell
It's about how many people you can spam...err...I meant, "expose" your landing page to. In other words, it's all about the traffic. And if it's targeted traffic, that's even better. (no hate mail please. just joking with a little truth thrown in)
