    Hi,
I have a premier paypal account and you know in this type of account a personal name will be shown to payment sender.
I'm making a website that sell some digital goods, I want to know should I migrate to business account. Since my company is virtual and just is a website I'm afraid of being limited after upgrading to business.
    Am I right?
    Please advice me

It won't hurt you to migrate and present a better image but there are alternatives as mentioned above.

If your products are somewhat like software or the likes, you could consider using Plimus.com , their fees are much higher than Paypal but at least they do the necessary pre-checks before accepting a sale. You may experience some rejected sales but in the end, it is all about protecting you. I experience much less chargebacks that way and you are in control most of the time.

You could have your company name showing as the vendor and all that. You will also not lose your customers who wants to pay via Paypal because Plimus supports paypal.

I think plimus is a good solution as you said. My products are digital and have to be downloaded after purchasing. Does Plimus work like e-junkie and hold products on his server?

Well, you have the option to host the files on your own website or have plimus host it for you. If you want them to host, you will need to upload the files so they can deliver it to the customers. They will however not host the trial version of your software
