In the past, I use to work as a webmaster for one company who charged back advertising payments on google.
Now when ever I want to create a new adwords account, for other sites that I work with, google does not let me. They want the account to be clear first.
Please, advise how can I create a new adwords account?

 

I don't know why you newbies don't read tos and faqs first . Account selling and buying is banned on dp already and may be now its your turn too .

 

Create a new adwords account with different CC or try Yahoo.

 

Using vouchers to open multiple account is risky to your adwords account.

does not work! to open a new account with different card. They track me any way, and took me responsible for the payment.
I even created, on my computer, an account to a different customer, for his website, and now he can not open an account unless the balance will be clear.
