Can you post some proof that massmirror is your site?
If I understand right, cloning another website isn't illegal. It's the same with someone who clone youtube or rapidshare.

What is your problem ? Even if you are massmirror.com owner or not, please understand that we have coded this from scratch. And you think massmirror.com is the only script that does this? There are other sites / scripts which supports this feature and I dont think MassMirror.com was the first site to have this feature.

We are more than happy to give proof to any of the mods if necessary.

Then you will have no problem sending me your ion cube encoded files to verify what you are saying is true.

It just so happens that two days prior to this script appearing for sale one of MassMirrors servers was attacked resulting in the code being stolen. It's funny that the exact html and scripts are used in the gui for his script and the one on massmirror.com.

So as i stated. You will have no problem sending me your ioncube encoded files if you really coded it from scratch.

If this is indeed true, and worth a lot of your money, I think you wouldn't mind spending some cash hiring a lawyer or other authorized party to solve your issue. My opinion, if he just send your his ioncube version, you might as well runaway with it and he will bear the losses.

So, hiring an authorized party is one of the best way to make sure win-win situation.

Seeing you have been registered here more than 2 years ago, this might be a true case worth watching. :)
Btw, Quazi, did you have any plan to sell the script in the first place?

I can certainly send the files to a MOD. :)

The script was listed here on July 24th. But we had posted the same script for sale in Sitepoint on July 15th.
