Facebook Admin Disable My ID !!!!!!!

Unfortunately, I misuse or break the RULES of the FACE BOOK(I think :too many friends in few days), so that the admin of the facebook disable my ID [probably :3 days ago (24/7/08)]and now if i give my mail add and password it tell me:

I see this page,contact with admin through mail,they reply me that :

But they can't give me any solution or not tell me is it possible to recover my ID in the previous positions.It's a great things that i have 740 friend on the friend list and there are so much important persons are present there and i always contact with them through facebook chat even i don't know the mail add of those persons.It's become harmful to me if i don't get my ID in the previous position.I am not a spammer.
Can anyone help me that: how can i open my disable ID ?

Urgently needed help if anyone know how to open my ID as early as possible.

How many friends did you add then? :S
I don't think you can do anything but wait. Just stay friendly when mailing them.

 

Actually i get WARNING many of times,but i don't get any care to this warning.
Everyday i found 10-15 friend request in my home page and i also give many many request on a day.
Maybe, in the occurred day i take 9 request accepted and give some request.
Can i get my ID in previous position.

 

Ignoring warnings is asking for trouble..
I doubt they'll give you your old ID back, you could try to explain to them that you meant no harm but if they've given warnings and you ignored them I think the chance of getting your account back is really small.
