Read the Adsense Program Policies carefully:
    https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=48182
If it is all possible that your emails could be considered "unsolicited" you will be breaking the Adsense terms of service. Note that it doesn't matter if you think the emails are unsolicited or not, it depends on whether the recipients think that's the case. And if Google sees that a significant portion of your traffic is coming from email messages, you could get your account into trouble.

You can do email campaign about your particular website. But should not post the adsense ads within your email.

Maybe. It depends on how you send it and who you send it to. It reads to me very much like an advertisement, rather than a friendly "come check out my site", and if I received it unsolicited I'd consider it to be spam. So the question is what would the recipients think?

Where are you planning to get the list of people that you're sending it to? Please be very careful that you're not violating any of the CAN-SPAM provisions.

If you have more questions, let me know.

There's no way to tell whether your message as written is against Adsense ToS, because what matters is whether the message is unsolicited by the recipients. Have the people you are planning on sending the email to agreed to receive commercial messages from you? In common terms, could your email be considered "spam" by the people who receive it? If the answer is "yes", or even "maybe", you will be risking your Adsense account by sending out that email.

Also, as Deena points out, any mass commercial mailing should comply with the CAN-SPAM act, so be sure you are familiar with its provisions (ask her for more details, since she offered :)).

I will say go and join some good games groups like popular yahoo groups and Google groups . By this when you send any message all members of those group will receive that and add some good images banner of your site as signature too . So when ever you send mail everyone can see that banner too .

You can send emails to drive traffic to your site as long as your emails are not considered as spam. When you send a email out at the bottom you have to have mailing address to abide to the new SPAM rules ;)

I am assuming you are not talking about spam and bought list from some legitimate source (offering you time stamps) or have a list of peoples .Here is how you can do it .
Write an email with article title and brief info and link to complete article and send it to peoples email .. as you are mailing your link which have adsense ads on it . it will not voilate terms //you cant mail ads in html email
