Open this folder:

Open hosts file in notapad and find this line at the bottom area:

After that line, add this:

Restart your browser and now check

5 minutes of boredom while waiting for a file upload to finish. It should be pretty fast, it doesn't query a million DC's, just the one that counts.

 

Hmmm...It's really hard to predict and there's no accurate measurement that can be used so far. I can see that you only have 2 links using Backlinkwatch but google can also assign PR based on your website's content. I wouldn't worry so much about this issue if I were you. PR is not everything.

 

google doesnt just update on one day

its happening all the time so it shouldnt really matter

 

PR update is not a few mins process, it's spread over a number of days, if not weeks or months. Whether your site is up or down on a particular instance, it does not make any difference.
