You're using one of the default themes, it's too simple, you should
get a different theme and a logo.

My opinion:
- theme is alright, simple enough and not heavy to load
- current layout is not balance between column 1, 2 and 3. Column 2 is much longer than others, make it balance and will be seen better.
- as kingofsanda said, change header with your own logo
- no footer on your blog?

Yes ! but i wanna ask how to replace text title with my logo ?

 

click "Customize" on blogspot menu
go to Layout > Page Element > Edit Header > Configure Header > See on Image and coose Placement.

the theme is just a popular wordpress free one, look at customising it

 

Frankly the theme is a little boring and maybe you could adjust the font? Is that arial? I actually like the content, I just think you need better "packaging" of your blog.
