One of my Indian friend wants to create a Paypal account. he is having a SBI International Debit Card. Is it Possible for him to verify his paypal account with that SBI card. One more thing is it necessary for him to create that Paypal account from India or he can create the Paypal account from anywhere in the world and can verify his paypal through that SBI Int'l debit card Thanks
yes he can verify his account from SBI debit card...i have already done this and my SBI account is also linked to my paypal for my transfers.
No he can't verify his indian paypal account with SBI debit card as nobody verify his/her indian paypal account with any indian debit card (whether it is international or not). DON.

Here are 2 things i would like to suggest. 1. Dont register paypal account from another country. To be on the safer side, register it from India 2. To verify PP you will need to have internationally valid credit card (VISA/Mastercard).
Yes i am sure that you need valid Credit Card if you want to verify your indian paypal account (tried few debit card previously myself but no success) DON.
I don't think so you will need to use an international visa or MasterCard , and don't bother creating it from a different country you will end up getting it banned, when you create it from India everything is legal and according to the rules and you will have no problem what so ever.
Just visit SBI bank ask them for a credit cards for international use. Credit cards, not debit cards..this is imp. SBI is giving visa verified cards International CCs now. Axix bank has a plan where u deposit 16K fixed as security n u get CC without any need for income proof. Use a VCC
yes u can without verifying by bank transfer or by check. But there is a limit to the total transaction amount in an unverified acc. refer to the paypal website and u will get to know the exact limits. I would recomend you to use hdfc vcc and verify your acc.
No one can verify the paypal account using debit card.You need credit card or VCC to verify your account.
