    I think PR update happens every 3-4 months but nobody other than Google knows the exact date. :p

    google has already calculated what PR to show for your site this update a month ago, so it shouldn't be a problem.
    site being up or down a few times doesn't effect your PR anyway, PR is calculated by the links pointing to your site not based on your sites uptime.
