ADDING NEW BANK ACCOUNT in PAYPAL

    im planning to put another card on my paypal account.in adding new bank card in paypal is it necessary to have a balance on the card??

    Yes, of course you need a balance in the card or else you would not be able to complete the verification process or use it to spend anything with.

    Which card u want to add ur paypal? Debit Card or Credit Card?It necessary to have a balance on the card if u want to add another credit card..

    im using debit card.my previous and present card.same bank same profile too.but different card number.is it fine??
