Anyone from DP got jailed for CYBER Crime?

I wondering if you guys know anyone from DP that got jailed because of CYBER Crime?

 

i did a stint a Tijuana for a facebook incident

 

i know someone on another board that got busted for selling non-existent baseball cards on eBay. had to spend some time in jail and pay back 85k (but it's rumored he netted around 450k so he made out profit wise).

 

Not at the moment, but it looks like a few people are trying to remedy that with the current witch hunt that's rumbling on.

 

I was academically disciplined for copyright infringment with Kazaa back in the day

 

I never did break any online rules yet and I plan to stay clean

 

i know many got banned from adsense

 

Doesn't look like anyone enforces the law in India, seeing how it's grown into a kingdom of scam. I've been scammed by Indians before and it pretty much meant to say good bye to the money...

 

I've never done anything illegal online and don't intend to either.

 

I doubt anyone here has face criminal charges but civil charges I could believe.

 

any1 here ever been sued by napster?

 

Even if i did my online assault or whatever does not exist at my country,i guess i'm lucky perhaps?

Never have, and probably never will. The worst I do is download TV shows, which I usually record on the DVR, I just want to take them with me and watch them without commercials. There were many other, much more severe indiscretions in my youth, which fortunately never caught up with me, but I've grown up and stopped playing stupid games with my future.

 

you got scam by Indians that doesn't means all Indians are ..., cyber law is strong in India, protect your cash by your self.

 

So do i, was scammed by Indians 2 times but not all Indians are scammer
May times i got help for several things from Indians.

 

I don't know of anybody, but I have a few I would like to nominate!

one the serious side, getting a letter from my isp is the worst thing that ever happened to me

 

I was scam also by 1 guy from india but also I got more than 5 good friends from india

I was just wondering how to sued people if they scam online.

 

Thanks for you support lines buddy . I am from India and using dp from last one and half year . Dp is the place where i earned my first earning online and i have seen many guys from different countries doing scams here . That doesn't means that are all bad .

I sold signature link to one American and here didn't came online one week . After one week he was banned for scam but i can't says that all Americans are bad because i have some good friends and working for them and they are paying me good $$$4 per month for writing articles and signature links .

Don't blame any country and check his back status before dealing . And in last if you are scammed than it was you bad luck no one can do anything in that .
