Website is more superior than Blog, but why blog gets listed so fast on SE

How could php scripts like blog etc be categorized as SE friendly as we all know that SE crawls html faster than php ? Although there is some script of php to html for feeding SE but I believe html websites should be crawled first by SE than php scripts site like blog and derivatives.

 

I am not graphic designer maybe oneday I could hire u to create banner if not expensive but seriously too you should look for your website lay out looks like a heap of banners and images. You have advantage in graphic design but lack the website layout so you have to hire website css developer. One man's advantage is another man's disadvantage.

 

Yeah this what I have always heard, but isn't it the same function with submit your website to google submit form ? So why unfair to websites ?

 

Yeah joomla looks better but it does not help express the real persons intent, my friend used to write some artiles with joomla but now put it down, dont know why maybe he could not develop it more with all the complicated joomla plug ins which needs time to learn to almost the same with vbulletin complex plug ins.

About blog themes, skin, I really seldom see that almost all are the same.

For web 2.0 I prefer neat balance forums like phpbb and vbulletion or Invision, not blogs and derivatives. And there used to be phpnuke which looks more neat and balance and also could be categorized as web2.0 because visitors could write down their opinions. But why suddenly phpnuke lost favors now ?

Regarding search engines crawling php faster... rubbish. Google is impartial to whether or not your website is rendered in PHP or HTML.

Google favours content. The simple fact of the matter is that content on blogs is more "readable"/accessible to Google than, say, your website. It's got to do with how well the actual script was optimized, not google's bias.

 

I'm personally a left sided thinking person and I like the blog format better because its standardize structure that makes searching within a blog easy. I also like that things are in chronological order and the site visitor has the ability to interact with the webmaster almost instantaneous.

Blogs were just web journals until they became something more and the fact that they can stand on their own as a website or in competition with traditional websites is telling within itself.

 

I'm surprised that this discussion has dragged itself out so long. Whatever framework
you use to build a website, whether it's WordPress, PHPNuke, Joomla, Drupal or plain
HTML with CSS or tables, it's still just a framework.

It's possible to design good-looking sites with any of them. It's also possible to design
crap-looking sites. It comes down to the skills of the designer.

There are thousands of themes available for WordPress. Statistically, at least 90% of
them are crap.

PHP is a scripting language which generates HTML code on demand for the web browser.
Although it loads slower than HTML, it looks exactly like HTML to the browser and to the
search engines. That's because it is HTML.

The fact is that the Internet has changed over the years and we have moved away from the talented people who were created amazing websites that looked great and had very original content and where we have ended up in this space where anyone can post a blog or join myspace and market Affiliate offers from the affiliate programs stand point they may accept bloggers,PPC,Emailers on their offers depending on the quality traffic. As long as the affiliate marketer can deliver quality traffic that is a match for the offer they are good to go.

On the other hand to deliver quality traffic your going to need to blog,email and do your search marketing very well - although the blog / social media is not a visually creative it is original and creative in it marketing approach.

In many ways making money is an Art in it's self - some see beauty in a fresh Affiliate Network check for $10,000 .

lol, you make me laugh. Have you seen some of this blogs lately. Customize to the max. Looks a lot better than most websites. Get with the times and make money.

 

You meant your site ? yes you have customized the colour to better looking blue but when I opened it, the below page full of debug code, OMG so full of debug code until I confuse it is your purposed writing blog or not, so is this what you meant by lot better, lol.

 

You have some right idealistic philosophical point but if making money is an Art in itself whether artistic or not then why should we build more gorgeous supermarket, mall or bank, why not demolish them and let the flea market spread around.

 

Yeah blog writers who dont need to know html and its coding table codes are more intelligent than web developers, looks like world has been upside down lately, lol.

Did I say my blog? No. I haven't bought my custom theme for my blog as of yet. I can name many blogs with one of a kind custom themes that looks much better than a "normal" website.

 

Yeah a blog is more than just a diary. Now days blogs are like valuable literature. I learn a lot from reading blog posts on what I'm interested in. Theres a lot of insight being added to blogs. Blogging is content, it's an opportunity to share your thoughts and knowledge with people. It makes writing fun, because you people actually read your articles when you do your best.
