What's wrong with adult? There's a huge demand for it. You don't have to take things personal, this is marketing, there is a demand for something, you give it to the people.
I know that they pay by wire and check, I don't know about paypal, I doubt it. IMO, nothing beats wire transfer. You get your money delivered instantly, and you just have to go to the bank and use them
No, I live in the Republic of Macedonia. Many of the affiliate programs cannot payout to my country. I was shocked to find out that they can pay me out with either check or wire transfer. I contacted the support they were kind enough to answer. So It's very convinient for me. I don't have to worry about the check reaching my destination (the mail system here is a disaster) I get my money straight on my bank account. So If you wanna join, even if you're not from a reputable country, then join, just contact the support to make sure they can pay you out.

The program that I'm using for this is a combination of CPA and PPS (pay per sale), I'm getting paid for all the free e-mail signups that I bring, and I'm also getting paid 18$ each time one if my leads purchases a program as well as getting dialer revenue. The good thing is, once a free lead signs up, cecash has a good way of marketing their paid products, thus there is a good percentage of the free leads which actually carry on to buy one of the paid programs thus bringing me extra $$$
