Could anyone tell me if the $2 bill has any collector's value or any other value besides its face value of 8 quarters?
Given that they are out of print/fairly rare I imagine they are worth a couple of bucks more. Try ebay or your local coin collector.
Yes, they do have value in excess of their face value. How much depends upon the particular year and the confition of the note
Dead thread... BUT $2 bills are worth $2 usually... If it's a funky serial number or one of the older printings then it could have some numismatic value. More than likely though yours has a date of 2003... these are worth their face value regardless of condition if yours is dated 1963 or prior then there's a possibility that it's worth more than face... the better the condition the more it would be worth.
I don't think it would have too much extra value because a lot of people seem to have them still. It is still good tender though.
They are worth about $1000 but I'll sell them to you for only $100 each, how many would you like? Since my cost is $2.00 each this could be a profit maker, any suckers?
