I have been scammed for 650$ myself so I know what I am talking about. He is "part time scammer": maybe 10% of orders are fullfilled. But I can´t understand then why you ask, get experiences, can find 1000´s of complaints and still order although you got enough to see ordering is like gambling but with very low chances to win.
