Hello everyone, after browsing the forum i noticed how knowledgeable most of the members are so I wanted some ideas or tips on how to advertise an advertising company. The website is WWW.PARAMOUNTADS.COM. Please visit the site if possible and posts some suggestions, anything will be great thank you so much for your time and consideration.
Thanks Jose, the website shows locations and pictures of the advertising areas. Can you explain in further detail please.. Thanks again. Also what types of advertising do you recommend.
you can submit your site's information: you can do social bookmarking, classified ads posting: directory submission to get listed and indexed.
Uhm ... An advertising company, that does not know how to advertise itself is as much inspiring confidence as a bald man selling hair groth potions. I think, In your case I'd recommend buying a course from John Reese *snicker*.
you need to look at offline... attend marketing or adtech events where you can meet merchants and pitch direct...
Your team has 20 years of strategic marketing experience but you're asking questions about how to advertise on a webmaster forum? Sounds like you need to rethink your business.
Engaging site, but I was confused by what your actual services are for a long while. I saw all the "pump" related graphics and headline upon arriving, but since you "switched gears" and started talking a lot about Strategic Marketing, I didn't get that this was really a gas station ad opportunity. I started to think you were just using gas stations as a theme for saying you can "rev up" someone's business thru any and all kinds of Strategic Marketing. So somewhere up top I think you need a paragraph that very simply states your specialty is low-cost gas station advertising. I would convey that you're tied into a network of 5,000 gas stations throughout California or wherever, reaching 1 million affluent motorists a month or whatever... I didn't realize until I got to a second page (about your packages and rates) that you actually do give people visibility at gas stations. Also on the Home page, I was confused about your saying something about offering "amenties such as Starbucks" etc. I still didn't know what this point meant after reading the sentence about 3 times. (Remember, I failed to understand that you actually get people visibility at gas stations. I'm thinking you may be saying you can also show my ads in any Starbucks, too. Also where I live, I've never seen a FedEx or Starbucks in a gas station, so you may be assuming a lot about some of your potential clients' geographic location... And if you can hook-up advertising in any U.S. market, this would be great to mention fairly early on Home page, too.) After you flesh out the copy some, I suggest you mount a marketing campaign that includes: 1. A glossy direct mail campaign to numerous ad agencies (of all sizes, handling all types of regional and national accounts). Send it to the Media Buyers (and Account Directors as a 2nd tier). You can also send your quality packages to Marketing Directors and Managers at corporations you'd like to win business from. They'll just pass your info to their Ad Agency exec, but if they like the idea of what you do as a low-cost vehicle, something could happen for you thru the Ad Agency's budget. 2. Join professional organizations that advertising executives belong to such as the 4A's (AAAA) and Ad Executive Club. Do some networking at their seminars, conferences, banquets, and get your company some visibility in their newsletters by writing a useful editorial article. 3. Maybe start for your company a YouTube channel featuring interviews with some of your clients, gas station owners, and motorists all somehow discussing spending habits, advertising at gas stations, etc. Maybe show some Man On the Street interviews that feature gas customers discussing whether they noticed your ads and how they feel about them. Best of luck. Feel free to contact me if you'd like help with any of this. I worked for many years at Ad Agencies handling accounts like Toyota and McDonald's, so have knowledge of how to pitch them.
