Well I don't think that will be a problem just talk to them with full honesty and for sure you will be alright. And also I don't think they will talk to you that long also
You can sure do a lot to improve your English, my suggestion is read more English, speak more English, BBC is a good place to listen to good spoken English, use it more and naturally you will find that your English will improve. No worries.
There are lots of Affiliate sites which doesn't require you to converse on Phone lie cj, amazon, etc. As far as I know, you don't really need a good English just to converse with these guys because they will understand that English is not your primary language.
I only can say some basic english. But I'm afraid that the manager don't know what I said. Besides, I'm also worried that If I can understand what the manager said
I am sure they will accept you like thousands other, they should expect good english in writing from you, not spoken
Do a Google search on "english as a second language." You'll find a list of resources that help people whose primary language isn't English. www.rong-chang.com and esl.about.com are the top 2 results. Some of the sites even have podcasts and videos so you can watch and listen.
Well basically there’s nothing much you can do. Either you take lessons or class to improve your command of English language or either way be prepared with your answers anticipating some of the common questions like your asking for your name, address and such. Don't worry.. as long as they get the answer that they want, it's good enough. Don't bother about the grammars and things like that. They will understand.
it will take time but you will improve. I remember the days when people used to leave comments on my blog saying I must go back to nursery school as my English is worse. It has been over 2 years and now rarely do I get such comments.

You could practice more in English with your professor or classmates from the UNI. But like SEOlinker also had said and I would like to emphasize is that much of the deals done for internet are via emails. So you will have time to polish up on your English speaking skills. Just dont let the emails/internet hinder your practice though.
