I guess we have to wait patiently.

 

As you can see from the conflicting information regarding the time of PR update, it would be wise to sit tight and you would know as and when it happens. Speculating would not serve any purpose and the best bet would be ask Google. If any one knows it for sure, it is Google. We can only guess.

Anyone know when the next update is occurring? Sorry if I missed it in this loooong thread.

I just launched a dating service, and I'm hoping to get a PR > 0. PR2+ would be nice, but I think it's too new to hope for that already since I have very few inbound links, and it's a domain that's never been owned before (AFAIK). I'd like to do more work to help ensure my PR increases when the next update occurs, so I'm trying to make sure I get things done before then.

Things I've done thus far:

• I've been linking from articles on other sites I own (PR3-4) to my new website,
• I've submitted press releases to various press release websites,
• I've written blog articles on the new website and submitted some of them to StumbleUpon, and
• I created a page on Squidoo that links back to my new website.

Any additional suggestions on what I can do to help increase my PR would be greatly appreciated!

 

What's that in English?

 

So for my site which is selling children's clothes and replies on organic listing PR is still vital. I have added a directory to my site offering free reciprocal links and automatic link submission. Do you think this is a good strategy to build PR?

I have much frustration from the questions about PR updation,
The green bar never grows far,
For I wait for another opportunity at link bait,
To build backlinks because my PR stinks.

I believe Google updated the backlinks today so I think the PR update is this weekend or even faster....

 

I think the highlight of my month won't be the PR update, but when people learn that "updation" isn't actually a word. Seriously.

Nobody knows for certain when the PR update is occurring. There's talks of some backlinks being indexed now, so one could deduce that a PR update would follow shortly after.

 

Stop this useless Talk.......... Go and STUDY ENGLISH....... then post threads

You can find quality web directories and add your link...

I add my link on PR 8 site and it sends me visitors...

 

You should add "?" in your title!!!!
