I cant see how you can completely legally download music when they are all copyrighted music. I was interested in it till I saw the download music as that will get attention from the RIAA and their gang. Lyric search will be a good thing but not a song download.

EDIT: Also, the ajax functions aren't working on your site (recent searches, top users, embed etc.). May just be me though...

I dont mean about the powered by x10media (which BTW is the site u are promoting in yr sig), Im taking about the playlist player within the member account which is branded with the musicxposure logo, if u sign up there u will see what I mean

 

i agree with u, the download link is not a great idea there, and btw adsense ads cannot be placed in these type of sites, if unsure just check x10media forum to see other users having problems with adsense tos

 

Its still illegal mate whether it pulls from another site. The fact is its still making it easy for someone hit a key and download regardless whether its hosted on your site or not. Its Gray area at best.

Answers to all questions below:
1) Logo for the media player should have been changed by now as I asked someone to do that a few days ago.
It will be changed within the next hour.

2) The script was purchased copyright free. You will get the licence for the script and the domain name mushymp3.com included in the sale.

3) Before I started the site I did ask a few people and they all told me it is completely legal mushymp3 to allow downloads as they are not hosting the music. But if you are worried about this you can easily remove the download link when you take over.

4) I have set a BIN at $150- this is the least I can accept as I have already had a few BIN offers via PM
