Mate your dreaming if you think you will win any compensation from Hostgator.. DMCA issues are so complicated you'll be spending $000's before too long plus when multi jurisdictions are taken into account its not worth it unless you're a huge multi national..

You seem to be more intent of complaining about Hostgator than following their instructions..

PS: sometimes you just need to email the website / copyright infringement trespasser and say "hey you stole our content I'm reporting you etc" and they will pull down the site.

 

I think you need to stop changing your story. First you're dealing with an attorney and then you're not. You've ignored multiple requests for information and followup and failed to follow through.

I think you're just trolling.
